The Workshop offers an excellent opportunity for faculty, postdocs and students to present their cutting-edge research related to surface and interface of quantum materials. If you would like to present your work, please fill out the form below and submit an abstract.

STEPS FOR POSTER SUBMISSION

1. Submit Abstract

Submit an English abstract by May 21, 2025. The abstract is limited to one-page A4.  Please follow the template provided (or a similar format) and submit it as a pdf file.

2. Review by Committee

The committee will review each abstract and notify you with the decision via email by May 26, 2025. Applicants whose abstract are accepted will be invited to present their research as a poster during the Poster Session. Please print out your poster and bring it to the Workshop on the presentation day.

3. Registration

Please note that this is separate to the Workshop Registration. Please go to the Registration Page to complete the process.
